¼ cup white wine tarragon vinegar or white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup. orange juice, plus 1 tsp. orange zest
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
Shake jar well before mixing the dressing into the greens.
Keeps well in the refrigerator
