Ingredients:  
1 large pack of either white or Cremini mushrooms. If they are large, slice or quarter to bite size
1 Stick of butter
1.2 tsp. of dried or fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, preferably a cast iron skillet.
After washing mushrooms, drain well. Place in skillet with hot butter and stir to coat all of them. turn temperature down to just a simmer and cook until done. Add parsley near the end of cooking time.

Serve with steak of hamburgers.
