Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
c. sliced mushrooms
sliced green onion
1 8-oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 hard boiled eggs, sliced
crumbled bacon

Dressing:
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. oil
2 small onions
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients well in blender. Keep in refrigerator.
Warm in microwave before pouring over spinach greens.
Makes about 1 quart. Stores well.
