3 large potatoes
1/2 onion
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups chicken stock
1 carrot
1 branch celery

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Let sweat for 8-10 minutes.
In another sauce pan boil water and add 2 of the 3 potatoes chopped. Let boil in water until tender. Take last potato and cube it for finished product. Boil cubes in hot water until tender without losing their shape. After cubes are ready, drain water and sit to side,
Drain chopped potato and add them to butter mixture. Add 1 cup of chicken stock and 1/2 cup of whipping cream. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Put total contents in food processor and blend until smooth. Put smooth content back into sauce pan and add 1 cup cream and 1 cup chicken stock. Stir on low heat until well blended, approx, 3-5 minutes. Add potato cubes and serve hot.
