3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 T cocoa
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 T cider vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 t vanilla
2 cups cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and whisk to break up all the clumps.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until toothpick in the center comes out clean.
