Small Pork Tenderloin (under 3 pounds)
1 pound bacon
8 oz. bottle of Russian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon strips around pork tenderloin and secure with toothpicks. Pour bottle of Russian dressing over the meat. Cover and marinate for 24 hours.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches at least 145º .
Remove toothpicks and slice to serve.
