2 pkg yeast
4 c scalded milk, cooled
1 ½ tsp salt
1 c butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 c sugar
2 c mashed potatoes
16 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix risen yeast and cooled milk, sugar, eggs, mashed potatoes. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Let rise until doubled. (2 hrs) Knead and roll out to ½ inch. Cut, let rise again, cook in deep fat until golden brown (400º)

Dip into glaze while hot.

2 Tbsp butter
vanilla
hot water to make paste

Mix all ingredients together to form a fairly thick paste.
