1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
2 T. corn meal
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and corn meal. Mix milk, eggs, butter and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
