1 egg
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, including juice
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a bowl. Add cornbread mix, creamed corn and whole corn, and stir. Pour into greased 8x13 in. pan and bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes.
