2 Tbsp veg oil
4 med onions (sliced)
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 - 19 oz can diced tomatoes
2 c chicken broth
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp pepper
1 c swiss cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over high heat, saute onions for 8 mins. Stir in flour, add remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 mins. Sprinkle cheese when serving.
