5-6 c warm water
⅔ c sugar (1 c for buns)
3 tsp. salt
1 ½ - 2 c mashed potatoes
¾ c oil or melted marg plus 4 Tbsp lard
3 Tbsp vinegar
4 eggs
2 ½ Tbsp fermipan yeast
14-16 c flour to make soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, eggs, vinegar, salt, sugar and potatoes. Add 6 c flour, beat well. Add yeast to 2 c flour, add to mixture and beat well. Remove half of the batter and add enough flour to make a soft dough that can be easily handled. Remove from mixer and knead the second ½ of batter. Combine both batched and knead. Place in large greased bowl, cover and let rise double in size, punch down and place in pans. Rise. Bake in convection oven at 350º for 25 mins. (Buns 15 min)
