2 lbs. zucchini, sliced (do not peel)
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8oz. box of seasoned stuffing
½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water slightly salted about 3 min. Squash with be a little crisp.
Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrots, squash and onions. Add salt to taste.
Mix stuffing with melted butter.
Spread ½ of the stuffing in 9x12 baking dish. Spread vegetable mixture on top.
Bake at 350° for 15-30 min.
