2-3 cups leftover dressing
2 cups turkey pieces
½ cup margarine
¼ cup flour
2 cups chicken or turkey broth
½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
½ cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. casserole, layer dressing and turkey.
In saucepan melt margarine, stir in flour, add broth, milk and salt. Add a little hot mixture into beaten eggs. Stir egg mixture back into heated sauce.
Pour sauce over turkey and stuffing in casserole.
Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs evenly over top.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
