Tamale Casserole Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tamales
1 pkg. taco seasoning
tortilla chips
1 can corn
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
small can sliced olives

Brown ground beef. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, corn and chopped olives.
In casserole or 9x 13 pan alternately layer meat sauce, cut-up tamales, tortilla chips and cheese. End with meat and cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
This recipe is great in a Dutch oven.
