1 lb. hamburger
½ up dry bread crumbs (toasted)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

½ cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 can (13 ½ oz) pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small green pepper (chopped)

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, salt Worcestershire sauce and egg. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls. Cook over med. Heat in skillet turning occasionally until brown (about 20 minutes). Remove meatball from skillet and drain off fat.

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, juice from pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce in skillet. Heat until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Add pineapple and green pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add back meatballs. Heat through and serve. (Good served with rice)
