1 box red velvet cake mix plus required ingredients
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 12 oz. pkg chocolate or white baking chips
2 t. Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to instructions and let cool.
Break cake into fine crumbs. Add softened cream cheese and knead gently until cream cheese is fully incorporated.
Roll into balls.place on tray with wax paper and chill in frig.
Melt cooking chips
Dip balls into melted chocolate.
Leftover melted chocolate can be placed in a ziplock bag. Cut off one corner and drizzle on top.
Place back into frig and chill
Enjoy.
