1 can salmon (14.75 oz)
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon. Pour milk over bread crumbs. Let stand 5 min. Combine with remaining ingredients. Place in well-greased loaf pan or small casserole dish.
Bake 45 min at 350°
Make 4-6 servings
