1 med. Potato cooked in lots of water
1 cup potato water
1 cup milk
2 pkg. yeast
cup shortening
cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
7 cups (approx.) flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potato. Mix together with potato water, sugar, shortening, milk, yeast, and eggs. Add salt and enough flour to make a soft dough.
Dough may be used for cinnamon rolls also.

(Mom does not give further instructions, but instructions for basic roll dough follows and contains basic kneading, rising and baking instructions.)
