1 large can peaches, halved
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon and salt on stovetop over medium heat. Heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved and sauce is bubbly. Divide peach halves into four serving bowls, scope vanilla ice cream into bowls and pour heated bourbon mixture over peaches and ice cream.
