32 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
2 1/2 cups white sugar , divided
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cans crescent sheets
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking pan with baking spray.
Whisk together the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and in a second small bowl with together the remaining 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Press the first sheet of crescent dough into the bottom of the baking pan and sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon sugar over it.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, then roll the second sheet of dough over the cream cheese mixture, brush with melted butter and sprinkle over the remaining cinnamon sugar.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
