1⅔ c flour
1 t baking soda
t cinnamon
t salt
1 c plus 2 T sugar
2 eggs
c oil
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 T sour cream
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line the bottom of loaf pan with parchment paper. Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat sugar and eggs with whish until fluffy-10 min. Drizzle in oil. Add the mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 45min-1 hour.
