Boil until tender in about 6 cups water or more (enough to cover the meat):

2 whole Wild Turkey legs and thighs
1 cubed Onion
2 cloves Garlic

1 whole Clove
1 stalk Celery
2 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 tsp Garlic Salt

¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp Chicken Bouillon
2 shakes Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Boil legs and thighs until they are tender. Shred meat from the bone. Add meat back into the water. If more water is needed, you can add chicken broth. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add frozen vegetables (green beans, corn, peas, carrots) and 1 can (or fresh sliced) mushrooms. If desired, add noodles toward the end of cooking time. You may want to only add noodles to the soup you are eating that night as they continue to absorb moisture. This soup can be frozen prior to adding the noodles.

Personal Notes:
This is a completely original recipe based off several recipes for vegetable soups I found. I didn't like throwing away the thighs and legs of the wild turkeys that dad brought home!
