12 large fresh mushrooms
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
4 slices bacon, crumbled
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Remove stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use
3. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
4. Bake 18-20 minutes or until heath through
