Directions:I'll start by saying that I do not have an actual recipe for these. I dump and taste. All the above measurements are approximate! Remember...you can always add more!
Boil the eggs 7-10 minutes. NO salt should go in the water with the eggs! Dump hot water out and fill pan with ice and cold water. Soak the eggs until they are cool. Cut the eggs lengthwise (hotdog way). Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the egg whites on a platter. Put the yolks in a bowl. Add the above ingredients to the egg yolks. Mix well, crushing up the yolks until everything is smooth. Taste! If it is bland, try a dash or 2 more Worcestershire. If it is dry, more mayo. It should taste just a tad salty because the whites will make it taste less salty when you taste it all together. When the mix is good, fill the whites with a slightly heaping spoonful. When all have been filled, sprinkle with paprika. |

Notes: Sorry, guys! No recipe for this! I just put everything in by looking at it and tasting. My rule of thumb is that you can always add more! If you get it too salty, just boil up a few more eggs!
