1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 med Onion
1 med Green Pepper
15 oz. can Pinto Beans
15 oz. can hot Chili Beans
1 cup frozen Corn
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
14 oz. can Tomato Sauce
15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 package of Ranch seasoning
1 package of Taco seasoning
1/2 tsp Cumin
32 oz. Chicken Broth (low sodium) or Water

Optional Toppings
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
diced green Onion
1 container Sour Cream
1 bag of Tortilla Chips

Brown the meat and onions and drain. Mix the taco seasoning mix and ranch dressing mix into the meat. Add all ingredients, without draining. Bring to a boil then simmer for half hour. Serve hot, topped with cheese, sour cream, green onions, tortilla chips.
