6 Skinless and boneless Chicken Breast
1 Pint Buttermilk
1 Sheet of aluminum foil
Oil

Strongly Suggested:
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Electric Meat thermometer

Prep Day:
1. Wash and dry chicken breast
2. Place in air tight container
3. Stab the breast with a fork creating small holes on both sides (I do every inch or so)
4. Add Chicken Breast to air tight container and cover in Buttermilk
5. Make sure lid is sealed tight
6. Store in fridge up to 5 days (minimum 3 hours)

Cooking day:
1. Pull out chicken breast and let get to room temperature (about 30 mins)
2. Pre-Heat Air fryer for 5 minutes at 390º
3. Spray oil on aluminum foil shaped at size of air fryer
4. Place chicken breast on foil and cover in seasoning of choice (I use steakhouse or everything bagel seasoning)
5. Flip chicken breast and repeat
6. Insert meat thermometer in the thickest breast on the bottom row (it is okay if the breast over lap each other)
7. Place aluminum foil concoction in pre-heated air fryer basket
8. Heat at 380º for 10 Minutes
9. Flip Chicken
10. Place back in air fryer and heat until thermometer reads 165º (about 5 more minutes)
11. Let sit in turned off air fryer for 5 minutes

Planning ahead is key to the perfect chicken breast. Soak in the buttermilk a minimum of 3 hours but best if you wait until the next day to cook.
