Cream Puffs
1/4 lb butter
tumbler of water
1-1/2 tumblers sifted flour
4 eggs

Cream Filling
2 eggs
1/2 tumbler sugar
1/2 tumbler flour
a piece of butter the size of an egg
1 pint milk
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Puffs
Boil in a tumbler of water a quarter of a pound of butter. While boiling, stir in a tumbler and a half of sifted flour. When cool, stir in one at a time, unbeaten, four eggs. Drop a spoonful of batter on tins and bake for 15 or 20 minutes.


Cream Filling
Beat two eggs, add half a tumbler of sugar, half a tumbler of flour, a piece of butter the size of an egg and a pint of milk. Boil until it thickens. Add vanilla flavoring. Fill puffs with cream filling.
