1 clove garlic
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 large tomatoes
1 pack spaghetti
salt, to taste
basil (optional)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a pot of water. In a small pan, add minced garlic and heat in olive oil. Add tomatoes to pan and salt to taste. Let cook for 8-10 minutes. Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

Drain pasta water and add tomato and garlic sauce to pasta. Add Parmesan cheese and basil.
