16-20 Medium or Jumbo Shrimp
1 Onion Chopped
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Celery Rib
1 Cup of Imitation Crab Meat
3 Cloves of Crushed Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and de-vein shrimp.
Mix onion, bread crumbs, egg, lemon juice, celery and garlic together in a bowl.
Place butterflied shrimp in a 9x13” baking pan.
Place a mound of stuffing on each shrimp
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes just until the shrimp turn opaque pink and the tail are slightly browned.
Serve with drawn butter and lemon wedges.
