2 Tbsp. Sliced Green Onion
4 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil Or Vegetable Oil
1 Lb. Medium Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
half of a lemon, zest grated
⅛ Tsp. Red pepper flakes
⅓ cup fresh parsley
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Serve with linguine, vermicelli, fettuccine, or spaghetti and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

In a large skillet, over medium–high heat, cook and stir green onion and garlic in butter and oil 1 minute.
Add Shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Add lemon juice, parsley, pepper, salt, and heat thoroughly.
