1 ¼ cup warm Water
2 tsp Sugar (divided)
¼ oz (or 1 pkg) Yeast
3 ½ - 4 cups Bread Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Garlic Powder (or Garlic Salt and use less salt above)
⅓ cup Oil

1 Tbsp Melted Butter with Garlic

Directions:

Mix water, 1 tsp sugar, and yeast. Dissolve and let stand until bubbles form on the top. In another bowl whisk 3 cups flour, salt, remaining sugar, and herbs. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add the yeast water and oil. Stir. Begin to knead dough and add more flour as needed until dough isn't sticky. Cover and let rise for at least 30 minutes. May be kept in the refrigerator overnight. Spread dough onto pan and brush with butter and garlic mixture before adding ingredients. Bake completed pizza at 450º for about 20 minutes or until browned.
