2 cups Sugar
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter
4 heaping tsp Cocoa

2 ½ cups Quick Oats
½ cup Peanut Butter
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Boil for 1 ½ minutes. Take off the heat and add oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Stir and quickly drop onto wax or parchment paper. Let cool. This recipe is time sensitive. Don't over or under cook.

I've found you don't need to be at a full rolling boil before you start counting the time or they will be too dry. Set your timer at the start of boiling.
