2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Pound Ground Beef (used 80/20)
½ Cup of Mushrooms
10 Ounce Bag of Frozen onion, bell pepper, and celery blend
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Steak Seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
3 Tbsps Cream Cheese (used whipped cream cheese spread)
¼ Cup of beef broth
¼ Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cans of Cut green beans (full green beans not French)
¾ Cup Cheddar and Colby Jack Cheese Shredded

Serves 3, about 440 Calories each

1. Pre-Heat oven to 350º
2. In a large cast iron over medium heat warm the oil
3. Once the oil is bubbling, carefully add ground beef and brown
4. Drain the beef
5. Add Frozen onion mixture and mushrooms to the skillet
6. Heat for 5 minutes or until veggies are softened
7. Add spices to season the beef/ onion mixture to your preference
8. Add Cream cheese and stir until blended
9. Add beef broth and whipping cream and stir
10. Once boiling lower to Medium-Low
11. Let thicken for about 5 minutes
12. Drain the Green Beans, then cover the meat sauce mixture
13. Top with Cheese blend
14. Bake for 30 minutes
15. Let sit for 5 Minutes before serving

Enjoy alone in a bowl, or serve with a spinach salad for a more filling meal.
