5-6 slices of ham. I use deli ham
6 oz of Swiss cheese chopped
1/2 cup chopped and drained frozen spinach
onion diced
4 eggs
2 cups of &. Or 2 cups heavy cream or 1 cup of each. Whichever you have on hand
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt & Pepper

Beat eggs with Milk and Seasonings. Either homemade or prepared pie crust (deep dish) Put spinach, onion and ham and cheese directly into pie crust then pour liquid over top place on a sheet pan to bake. 375 for about 1hour or until quiche looks firm and set. Let cool for a minute before slicing
