1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. sugar
½ c. light brown sugar
6 medium-large apples, sliced into wedges
½ c. Planters style peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese and vanilla. Mix on medium until creamy.
2. Add both sugars and continue mixing until creamy. Taste, and then add more sugar to taste if needed.
3. With a mixing spoon add peanuts to mixture. Serve with apple slices.
