1 stick butter
4 T cocoa powder
1/2 c shortening
1 c water
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 c sour milk
1 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda

Frosting: 1 stick butter
4 T cocoa powder
6 T milk
3 c powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, cocoa powder, shortening and water. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Batter will be runny. Bake 400º in sheet cake pan for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frosting: bring butter, cocoa powder and milk to boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Pour hot frosting over cooled cake.
