Ingredients:  
1 Tube of Italian Sausage or ( Sage Sausage )
1 Large Onion Cut up into small cubes
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Large Apples Cut up into cubes
4 Stalks Celery Cut up into cubes
1/2 Cup Raisins
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Apple Sauce
1 Bag Sage Cubed Bread Crumbs
1/2 Bag of Italian Crumbled Bread Crumbs.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Sausage and onion together drain off grease use a paper towel to soak up extra sausage grease.
Pour into extra large bowl. Mix all ingredients together. If mixture is dry add extra Chicken Broth.
If to saggy add more bread crumbs. Lol.
Stuff Clean Turkey or Bake separate.

This is basically how mom made dressing since I was a kid. If she couldn't find sage bread crumbs she would just add 1 tsp of sage to the dressing with plain bread crumbs.
