Butter to coat pan
2-3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup
3/4 cup milk ( Evaporated )
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 to 1 cup nuts chopped
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, chocolate syrup, and milk and cook and stir to 250º on a candy thermometer.
Stir In: butter, nuts, and vanilla. Remove from heat and beat until it loses its gloss.
