1¾ c. sugar
½ butter, softened
½ c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. sour cream
2½ c. flour
4 Tbs. cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
¾ c. chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream sugar, butter, and vegetable oil. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until blended.
4. Add the dry mixture into the liquid mixture and beat well. Stir in 2 c. grated zucchini and ¾ c. chocolate chips.
5. Pour mixture in load pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
