1 (32) ounce package frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
One can cream of chicken
1 cup milk
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Topping: 2 cups of cornflakes crushed
1/2 cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine thought hashbrowns, butter, salt, pepper, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream and shredded cheese. Mix well. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Topping: combine corn flakes and butter. Spread over potato mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
