Ingredients:  
5 cups apples
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Three-quarter teaspoon salt
One unbeaten egg
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples and place in baking dish. Mix together all dry ingredients except cinnamon. Add unbeaten egg to dry ingredients and mix together; pour over apples. Pour melted butter on top, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
