6 medium onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans consomme soup
1 can beef broth
3 soup cans water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onions and cut into thin slices. Brown onions in butter until soft. Add stock, water and seasonings. Simmer until onions are tender.

Serve with croutons and grated mozzarella cheese or bake with toasted french bread and mozzarella cheese.
