4 c tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 c heavy cream
1.5 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1c chicken stock

Add tomatoes and stock into the instant pot and stir well. Season with salt and pepper
Seal pot with lid and cook on high for 3 minutes release pressure using quick release method then open lid
Add baking soda and stir
Stir in heavy cream, almond milk and salt and pepper
Purée the soup using blends until smooth and cook on sauté mode for 5 minutes
Stir well and serve
