1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons, crushed'
1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 t dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic
2 egg whites
1 T water
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1" pieces (about 3 to a breast)
1/4 cup prepared lite ranch dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Crush croutons in resealable plastic bag.
Grate Parmesan cheese into 2-Qt bowl. Combine croutons, crumbs, cheese, and seasonings.
Whisk egg whites and water in 1 qt. bowl.
Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture , then into crumb mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange on a round baking stone. Bake 16-20 minutes or until chicken is not longer pink in center.
Serve with dressing.
