2lbs ground beef
1/2 c heavy cream
8oz cream cheese
4 cups chicken broth
20 oz can diced tomato
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to instant pot and set on sauté
Add beef and sauté for 10 min
Add remaining ingredients except for heavy cream and cream cheese
Stir to combine
Seal pot with lid and select soup mode and set timer for 10 minutes
Allow to release pressure naturally, then open lid
Stir in cream and cream cheese, stir well and serve
