tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
cup sugar
6 eggs
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a hand whisk; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into a prepared pie crust and cook in a preheated 450 oven for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean; 15-20 minutes longer.

When making a custard without crust, place in a baking dish and then set the dish in another baking dish filled with water. Make sure the water comes at least have way up to the custard dish.
