⅓ stick butter
½ c diced onion
½ c sliced mushrooms
1 can French style green beans or 2 c fresh green beans
3 c chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2.8-oz) can fried onions
house seasonings
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Boil green beans in broth for 10 min and drain. Add green beans, soup, fried onions and seasonings. Stir well and pour into dish. Bake 20 min and then top with cheese and bake 15 min longer.
