Ingredients:  
10 oz. Tomato Soup
18 oz. Tomato paste (a bit more if you cut back on sugar)
20 oz. Tomato Juice (no water)
Handful Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup. Sugar. (Can be reduced- it make a very sweet sauce)

Spice: 3 small Red Peppers
3. TB Parsley, 1/2 tsp Oregano, Sage, Thyme

Cook 1 hour Covered low heat

Cook (or make ahead) 1 IB Ground Beef, Pork or 1/2 of each
Add 2 large Onions, 3 Stalks of Celery, 2 Clove of Garlic, Pepper to to taste

Directions:

Put all together and cook medium to low for 3 hours.
Serve with Spaghetti or other pasta.
