1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 onion - small and finely chopped
3 tsp cumin
1 red bell pepper - small and finely chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup celery - finely chopped
1 tsp ground mustard
7 cups rotisserie chicken shredded - about 1 chicken
1/4 green onion
2 tsp kosher salt
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp oregano
chopped cilantro
2 tsp paprika

bread, tortilla, rice, crackers, chips - whatever you'd like to eat it on!

1. Combine all ingredients except chicken together in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add chicken. Gently fold with rubber spatula until all ingredients are well incorporated. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
