1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
pita bread
1 tomato - diced
1/2 cup basil pesto
4 oz rotisserie chicken - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Arrange the pita bread on the parchment paper.
4. Spread 2 Tbsp of pesto evenly onto the center of each pita, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the sauce.
5. Arrange equal amounts of shredded chicken and cheese on each pita.
6. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
7. Top with diced tomatoes.
